Donna Westbrooks-Martin is the Executive Director of the Adults & Children with Learning and Developmental Disabilities (ACLD), Inc. and The ACLD Tillotson School, a school dedicated to provide supports and services to students with disabilities. Mrs. Westbrooks-Martin has over 30 years of experience in central administration of public and private schools, with expertise in special education of neurodivergent children.
